Service Description

This is a great option if you're a little further away but would like to benefit from our expert guidance and support. We can do this via Zoom or FaceTime Please note that whilst most topics can be covered in virtual lessons, there may be circumstances in which we will advise that you seek help from a trainer in person.

Cancellation Policy

1:1 Dog Training, Training Packages & Dog Walking Services Booking Confirmation: Date and time of booking is provisional until confirmed by a member of Au.K9. Payment: All payments are to be made via bank transfer unless otherwise specified. Invoices: Invoices will be issued within 72 hours of the booking being made and must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being received. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your 1:1 session, package or dog walking service within 24 hours of making a payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling: We can reschedule all services with 48 hours notice. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions. Service Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a service, we will offer either a refund or an alternative session date. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final.
