Service Description
During training walks we work on your chosen priorities with your dog, while mentally and physically fulfilling your dog with training, play and time for your dog to explore. Each walk is tailored to you and your dog's individual requirements. Progress reports and homework will be provided after each walk (don't worry, homework is optional however we recommend keeping up with training implemented on these walks for best results). All of our walking services include pick up and drop off to and from your home, which is inclusive in the price if you are within a 20km radius of our location. Anything above this will have mileage fees added. Discounted packages for multiple sessions are available. Please speak to a member of Au.K9 for more information.
Cancellation Policy
1:1 Dog Training, Training Packages & Dog Walking Services Booking Confirmation: Date and time of booking is provisional until confirmed by a member of Au.K9. Payment: All payments are to be made via bank transfer unless otherwise specified. Invoices: Invoices will be issued within 72 hours of the booking being made and must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being received. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your 1:1 session, package or dog walking service within 24 hours of making a payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling: We can reschedule all services with 48 hours notice. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions. Service Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a service, we will offer either a refund or an alternative session date. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final.
