Service Description

The essential program to becoming the best dog owner you can be. Suitable for dog owners, those who are already within the dog industry or those who aspire to work with dogs. This virtual program, covers everything from the foundations of dog training to learning how to read dog body language via weekly webinars. Location: virtual calls via Zoom Duration: 3 months Price: £150 per month/ $290 aud per month Initial Deposit required: £50/ $100 to secure your spot (will be removed from final program payment) Next course start date: week commencing 5/5/2025 (exact date TBC) Payments: Monthly invoices sent with payment due by the last day of the invoiced month

Cancellation Policy

1:1 Dog Training, Training Packages & Dog Walking Services Booking Confirmation: Date and time of booking is provisional until confirmed by a member of Au.K9. Payment: All payments are to be made via bank transfer unless otherwise specified. Invoices: Invoices will be issued within 72 hours of the booking being made and must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being received. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your 1:1 session, package or dog walking service within 24 hours of making a payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling: We can reschedule all services with 48 hours notice. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions. Service Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a service, we will offer either a refund or an alternative session date. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final.
