Service Description
A two hour one-on-one private lesson tailored to your dog's specific needs. This extended session provides more time for us to address multiple topics, practise handling and build on your goals with your dog. Our expert trainers work with dogs of all ages and breeds to address behavioural issues, obedience, and more. These sessions can be at a location of your choice, either in your home or at a suitable outdoor location.
Cancellation Policy
1:1 Dog Training, Training Packages & Dog Walking Services Booking Confirmation: Date and time of booking is provisional until confirmed by a member of Au.K9. Payment: All payments are to be made via bank transfer unless otherwise specified. Invoices: Invoices will be issued within 72 hours of the booking being made and must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being received. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your 1:1 session, package or dog walking service within 24 hours of making a payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling: We can reschedule all services with 48 hours notice. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions. Service Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a service, we will offer either a refund or an alternative session date. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final.
