Service Description

Adventure walks are designed to bring adventure and fun to your dog's every day life. Whether you're busy working or out for the day on a non-dog friendly activity or you just want to boost your dogs confidence and send them on an adventure with us, your dog is guaranteed to love our adventure walks. We allow up to 2 dogs from the same household, otherwise these walks are solo walks to provide your dog one-to-one personalised care and attention. These walks are suitable for age 9 months plus due to their duration. Pick up & drop off to and from your home included in the price if within a 20km range from our location. Mileage fees apply for locations above 20km.

Cancellation Policy

1:1 Dog Training, Training Packages & Dog Walking Services Booking Confirmation: Date and time of booking is provisional until confirmed by a member of Au.K9. Payment: All payments are to be made via bank transfer unless otherwise specified. Invoices: Invoices will be issued within 72 hours of the booking being made and must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being received. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your 1:1 session, package or dog walking service within 24 hours of making a payment for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling: We can reschedule all services with 48 hours notice. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions. Service Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a service, we will offer either a refund or an alternative session date. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final.
